The comments come after Prime Minister give his support for the tax, or the Robin Hood tax as it's known, as a way to get the bankers to shoulder some of the responsibility for the current financial crisis.
But the Conservatives insist that such a tax would have a very damaging effect on Britain and the big financial services sector here, if not financial centers fighters film such as Hong Kong, Singapore and New York also agreed to tax.
