Breakfast - is the key to a successful day and good health. A good breakfast will raise your spirits and energy for the whole day. Breakfast should be hearty but not heavy. To this end, we are preparing granola - delicious and crunchy breakfast of oatmeal. We cook it with the stock, as it is easily stored in the bank.
2 very ripe banana; 1 cup walnuts; cup cashews; (Optional nuts seeds can be replaced); 1/3 cup maple syrup; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; 1/8 cup brown sugar; 5 cups of oatmeal; cup olive oil (I added coconut oil); Salt to taste.
